Frequently asked questions
What does a third-party administrator (TPA) do?
We handle the day-to-day work of running your retirement plan. That includes contributions, testing, distributions, and government filings such as the Form 5500.
Which plan types do you administer?
401(k), profit sharing (including cross-tested), money purchase, defined benefit, target benefit, and Section 125 plans. See our Plan Scopes page for details.
How are your fees set?
We are fee-for-service. We do not sell securities or insurance, and we do not accept commissions from advisors.
Can you take over a plan from another administrator?
Yes. Contact us and we will review your current plan documents and outline the next steps.
Who will I work with?
You will have your own administrator. Most clients work with the same person year after year.
